1.\u6df1\u51b7\u5904\u7406\u5de5\u827a\u5f00\u53d1<\/h2>

Cryogenic treatment usually adopts liquid nitrogen cooling, which can cool the workpiece to below – 190 \u2103. The microstructure of the treated material changes at low temperature, and some properties are improved. Cryogenic treatment was first proposed by the former Soviet Union in 1939. It was not until the 1960s that the United States applied the cryogenic treatment technology to the industry and began to use it mainly in the aviation field. In the 1970s, it expanded to the machinery manufacturing field.<\/p>

\u6839\u636e\u51b7\u5374\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u53ef\u5206\u4e3a\u6db2\u4f53\u6cd5\u548c\u6c14\u4f53\u6cd5\u3002\u6db2\u6001\u6cd5\u662f\u6307\u5c06\u6750\u6599\u6216\u5de5\u4ef6\u76f4\u63a5\u6d78\u5165\u6db2\u6c2e\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c06\u5de5\u4ef6\u51b7\u5374\u81f3\u6db2\u6c2e\u6e29\u5ea6\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u5de5\u4ef6\u5728\u8be5\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e0b\u4fdd\u6301\u4e00\u5b9a\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u53d6\u51fa\u52a0\u70ed\u81f3\u4e00\u5b9a\u6e29\u5ea6.\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\u5f88\u96be\u63a7\u5236\u5347\u6e29\u548c\u964d\u6e29\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\uff0c\u5bf9\u5de5\u4ef6\u7684\u70ed\u5f71\u54cd\u5f88\u5927\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5bb9\u6613\u5bf9\u5de5\u4ef6\u9020\u6210\u635f\u574f\u3002\u4f4e\u6e29\u8bbe\u5907\u6bd4\u8f83\u7b80\u5355\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u6db2\u6c2e\u7f50\u3002<\/p>

2.\u6c14\u6cd5\u6df1\u51b7\u5904\u7406<\/h2>

The gas principle is to cool by the gasification latent heat of liquid nitrogen (about 199.54kJ\/kg) and the heat absorption of low-temperature nitrogen. The gas method can make the cryogenic temperature reach – 190 \u2103, so that the cryogenic nitrogen can contact the materials. Through convection heat exchange, the nitrogen can be vaporized in the cryogenic box after being ejected from the nozzle. The workpiece can be cooled by the latent heat of gasification and the heat absorption of cryogenic nitrogen. By controlling the input of liquid nitrogen to control the cooling rate, the cryogenic treatment temperature can be automatically adjusted and accurately controlled, and the thermal shock effect is small, so is the possibility of cracking.<\/p>

\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u6c14\u4f53\u6cd5\u5728\u5176\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u7684\u5e7f\u6cdb\u8ba4\u53ef\uff0c\u5176\u51b7\u5374\u8bbe\u5907\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u6e29\u5ea6\u53ef\u63a7\u7684\u53ef\u7f16\u7a0b\u4f4e\u6e29\u7bb1\u3002\u6df1\u51b7\u5904\u7406\u53ef\u663e\u7740\u63d0\u9ad8\u9ed1\u8272\u91d1\u5c5e\u3001\u6709\u8272\u91d1\u5c5e\u3001\u91d1\u5c5e\u5408\u91d1\u7b49\u6750\u6599\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u5bff\u547d\u3001\u8010\u78e8\u6027\u548c\u5c3a\u5bf8\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u53ef\u89c2\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6548\u76ca\u548c\u5e02\u573a\u524d\u666f\u3002<\/p>

4.YG20\u6df1\u51b7\u51b7\u9566\u6a21\u4e00\u4f8b<\/h2>

(4) Reduce the temperature to – 190 \u2103 at a certain cooling rate, and keep the temperature for 4-8h;<\/p>
