\u5916\u6765\u5939\u6742\u7269\uff1a\u6b64\u7c7b\u5939\u6742\u7269\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u7531\u539f\u6599\u5e26\u5165\u7684\uff0c\u5982\u6ce5\u6c99\u3001\u7089\u6e23\u3001\u4fdd\u62a4\u6e23\u7b49\u3002\u6d47\u6ce8\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u8010\u706b\u6750\u6599\u53d7\u5230\u94a2\u6c34\u7684\u51b2\u5237\u548c\u6d78\u8680\uff0c\u6b8b\u7559\u5728\u94a2\u6c34\u4e2d\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u662f\u5927\u9897\u7c92\u5939\u6742\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u975e\u91d1\u5c5e\u5939\u6742\u7269\u5728\u9ad8\u6e29\u4e0b\u6eb6\u89e3\u5728\u94a2\u6c34\u4e2d\u6216\u5355\u72ec\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u94a2\u6c34\u4e2d\u3002\u4f46\u968f\u7740\u6e29\u5ea6\u7684\u964d\u4f4e\u4ee5\u53ca\u6210\u5206\u3001\u6c14\u4f53\u538b\u529b\u7b49\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u539f\u672c\u6eb6\u89e3\u5728\u94a2\u6c34\u4e2d\u7684\u5939\u6742\u7269\u5728\u7ed3\u6676\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4f1a\u4ee5\u72ec\u7acb\u76f8\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u5206\u79bb\u51fa\u6765\uff0c\u805a\u96c6\u5728\u6676\u754c\u4e0a\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u5207\u524a\u52a0\u5de5\u7684\u5fae\u89c2\u5355\u5143\u3002\u94f8\u94a2\u57fa\u4f53\u7684\u8fde\u63a5\u662f\u88c2\u7eb9\u7684\u521d\u59cb\u6765\u6e90\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u88c2\u7eb9\u9690\u60a3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2\u3001\u94f8\u94a2\u4e3b\u8981\u5939\u6742\u7269\u4e0e\u88c2\u7eb9\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u53ca\u51cf\u5c11\u63aa\u65bd<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the non-metallic inclusions, the main reason for the cracks of steel castings is sulfide inclusions, which often act together with other factors to increase the crack tendency of steel castings. In cast steel, sulfide inclusions are divided into three types: type I – spherical; type II – point chain like intergranular film; type III – arbitrarily distributed sharp angle. Among them, class II inclusions are the most harmful to steel, class III is the second, and class I is the least. The sulfide inclusions are related to the degree of deoxidization and the amount of residual aluminum in steel. When the amount of aluminum solid solution is low and the amount of oxygen remains little, class I inclusions can be obtained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deoxidizer has great influence on the formation of inclusions and the properties of steel. The deoxidizing effect of the composite Deoxidizer is better than that of the single deoxidizer, because the inclusions formed by the composite Deoxidizer are large and easy to float up and remove. If the deoxidation of molten steel is not enough, it is easy to have porosity and crack. However, the amount of aluminum used for final deoxidation is just enough to deoxidize without remaining, the amount of aluminum solid solution is low, and the amount of oxygen remaining is small, which will result in class II inclusions. Generally, excessive aluminum deoxidization will result in class III inclusions. It should be noted that if excessive aluminum is used, more aluminum nitride inclusions will precipitate along the grain boundary, resulting in “rock like” brittle fracture and deterioration of steel properties. Therefore, it is unreasonable to deoxidize with excessive aluminum. The amount of aluminum added and the residual aluminum in steel should not be too low or too high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u94dd\u8131\u6c27\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5e7f\u6cdb\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u94a2\u8131\u6c27\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u5de5\u4e1a\u751f\u4ea7\u4e2d\u901a\u5e38\u91c7\u7528\u4e24\u79cd\u8131\u6c27\u5de5\u827a\uff0c\u4e00\u79cd\u662f\u6dfb\u52a0\u94dd\u8131\u6c27\u5de5\u827a\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u79cd\u662f\u63a7\u5236\u94dd\u8131\u6c27\u5de5\u827a\u3002\u524d\u8005\u662f\u7528\u94dd\u5f7b\u5e95\u9664\u53bb\u94a2\u4e2d\u7684\u6eb6\u89e3\u6c27\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u901a\u8fc7\u5404\u79cd\u6405\u62cc\u65b9\u5f0f\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u9664\u53bbAl2O3\u5939\u6742\u7269\uff1b\u540e\u8005\u662f\u4ec5\u7528\u7845\u9530\u7c97\u7565\u8131\u6c27\uff0c\u5e76\u4e25\u683c\u63a7\u5236\u94a2\u4e2d\u94dd\u3001\u9499\u542b\u91cf\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u63a7\u5236\u94a2\u4e2d\u6790\u51fa\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u5939\u6742\u7269\u7684\u6210\u5206\u3001\u6027\u80fd\u548c\u5f62\u8c8c[3]\u3002\u524d\u8005\u9996\u6b21\u8131\u6c27\u7387\u5927\u4e8e90\uff0c\u8131\u6c27\u4ea7\u7269\u4e3b\u8981\u4e3aAl 2O 3 \uff1b\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\u5927\u5927\u8fd8\u539f\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u8131\u6c27\u4ea7\u7269\u4e3b\u8981\u662fSiO2\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5916\u6765\u5939\u6742\u7269\u53ef\u6839\u636e\u5176\u6765\u6e90\u53bb\u9664\uff0c\u800c\u5185\u751f\u5939\u6742\u7269\u5219\u9700\u8981\u901a\u8fc7\u8131\u6c27\u548c\u9499\u5904\u7406\u6765\u63a7\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5728\u94a2\u5305\u7cbe\u70bc\u4e2d\uff0c\u5411\u94a2\u6c34\u4e2d\u5439\u5165\u66f4\u591a\u3001\u66f4\u5c0f\u7684\u6c29\u6c14\u6ce1\uff0c\u4ee5\u9664\u53bb\u521d\u7ea7\u8131\u6c27\u4ea7\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
